Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Manager to join our team. The Google Ads Manager will serve as the main point of contact for new clients and be responsible for building strong relationships with them. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, proactive, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.

Location Requirement: Must be located in North America. This location requirement is essential for better alignment with our client base and operational hours.


  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and establish excellent communication cadence.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client needs.
  • Report on campaign results and help clients establish a successful ROI on their ad spend.
  • Work individually with an ads engineer to tweak campaigns for better results.
  • Ensure that client campaigns are optimized for maximum performance.
  • Act as the conduit between the client and the rest of our team.
  • Ensure that clients are receiving high-quality service and support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.


  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to establish rapport with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Experience working with digital advertising campaigns, preferably Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data and providing insights to clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
