Pool Builder Lead Rocket is a web agency that specializing in lead generation.
We advertise our clients on Google PPC search, as well as on Facebook. We also provide website development & email marketing.  We have a small team of 11 team members from all over the United States. We are a young company who is growing quickly and looking for passionate new applicants to help the team continue to grow.

Executive Assistant Position Details

  • Salary – negotiable based on experience (up to $55k)
  • 40 hours per week (full time)
  • Office Located in Bee Caves, TX (Commute to office is a must)
  • There will be work from home opportunities some days

Our top salesman has exceeded their time bandwidth and needs a team member in order to continue to grow and attain new clients. The Executive Assistant will play as communications liaison from the Sales Executive to both company team members, as well as clients.   Sales drives the company’s growth, and the Sales Executive needs an assistant to help manage calendar, manage emails, calls, voicemails, texts and to help with new client acquisition tasks. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Sales Executive to manage communications, prioritize tasks, and facilitate the timely transmission of crucial information critical to company growth and success.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong organization skills required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Technically saavy (can make their way around the computer)

Core Areas of Focus


  • Organize Executive’s communications such as email, texts and voicemails
  • Be the communication liaison between Executive and team members & clients
  • Manage Executive’s calendar with setting meetings and reminders of upcoming meetings
  • Manage Tasks through Asana project manager platform: closing complete tasks, creating new ones


  • Organize Executive’s schedule and time management
  • Creation of daily digest of appointments, to do lists, and pertinent information
  • Organize calls, meetings, follow ups
  • Organize tasks in order of importance

Time Management

  • Keep Calendar up to date with scheduled meetings and appointments
  • Provide needed resources in advance of meetings & appointments
  • Laying out schedule
  • Organize Tasks in order of importance

Client Management

  • Handle financial-related tasks such as billing end of month clients, sending invoices, & partnership checks
  • Review extensions and negative keywords in AdWords
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Assemble monthly reports & summaries for specific clients
