Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 30 clients, serving as the main point of contact, and ensuring that each client receives outstanding service. We are looking for someone with digital marketing experience who can hit the ground running. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, AI savvy, and passionate about client communication. You will work closely with a dedicated team of service engineers, effectively communicating client needs and coordinating internally to resolve issues.

Location Requirement:
Must be located in the US. This is essential for optimal alignment with our client base and operational hours.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Client Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee and nurture a portfolio of approximately 30 clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, both internally among the teams and externally with the client, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance online presence and lead generation opportunities.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with a team of service engineers to relay client requirements and goals, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
    • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication.

Utilization of AI Tools:

  • Leverage AI and other digital tools to streamline processes and enhance client outcomes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies that can improve client communication and service efficiency.

Performance Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on client campaign results, ensuring strategies are optimized for maximum performance.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on client needs.

Organizational Excellence:

  • Maintain organized records of client communications, feedback, and action plans.
  • Proactively manage issues and troubleshoot challenges before they escalate.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • 2+ years in a customer success or account management role.
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns (Google PPC, Google LSA, Meta)

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or a willingness to adopt AI-driven strategies to enhance client support.

We are remote but run core office hours in Central Time for team coordination and client responsiveness. We expect ownership, timely answers, clean deliverables, and the ability to prioritize without constant direction.
